The OFA will be implementing several fee increases effective on January 1, 2022. This is our first fee increase in over ten years! The increase is necessary to offset cost increases, ongoing inflationary pressures, and regular maintenance and investments in our physical and IT infrastructure.
The OFA application forms and the website fee schedule will be updated when the new fees are effective. Exam/test dates drive applicability of the fee changes. The current fees will be honored for exams/tests done prior to 1/1/22, regardless of when the application arrives at the OFA. All exams/tests done after 12/31/21 will be subject to the new fee schedules. Credit card payments will be charged the new fees. If payments are made by check based on the current fees and leaving a balance due, the owner or clinic will be invoiced for the short pay amount.
